Your Elegant Pet Club is designed to reward you, our customers, for purchasing our products.
As a Your Elegant Pet Club member you will have the opportunity to save money and earn valuable reward points right away, when making a purchase at our store.
BENEFITS:
- Earn 1 rewards point for every dollar spent.
- Easy and simple: 400 points = $10.00 rewards certificate.
- 1 Point awarded for becoming a member.
- Exclusive monthly specials just for club members.
- Receive e-mails on "specials" one week prior to promotion.
- Receive one week advanced notice on special events and promotions.
- Special Manufactures deals available to members only.
- Members may call and reserve a tub for a specified time.
- Membership is only $6.00 for the rest of 2010.
- Membership after that date is $12.00 per calendar year.
Terms and Conditions:
- Points are not earned on Self-Service Pet Wash, because of our frequent bath card.
- You must be a member of Your Elegant Pet Club to earn reward points.
- Points are awarded for purchases after the date of enrollment only. (No retroactive credits).
- Reward points do not include sales tax.
- Reward certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Certificates will be e-mailed to you and expire 12 months after issue date.
- Your Elegant Pet is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable e-mail.
- No change will be returned if the amount of a sale is less than the total amount of the reward certificate(s) being redeemed.
- Redeemed certificates do not count toward new rewards earned on the transaction they are redeemed.
- Lost or stolen reward certificates will not be replaced.
- The value of returned merchandise will be deducted from the current amount posted to your reward balance.
- Rewards are earned when gift certificates are purchased. No rewards are earned when gift certificates are redeemed.
- Points cannot be transferred between member accounts.
- One membership per customer.
- Employees and their immediate families are not eligible for membership.
- Members with no activity for 12 months will be considered lapsed and their membership will be terminated. Un-issued points will be forfeited.
- We will not sell or rent your personal information to any other organization.
- Program may be terminated or modified at any time.
- We are not responsible for the interpretation by our employees of the program procedures, terms and conditions.
